Achieve maximum broadcast coverage for your news stories

You’ve got a story to tell but how do you get it on the right programmes, to reach your target audiences both nationally and worldwide?

World Television works in partnership with you to develop a winning news strategy. However specialised your news story and wherever your audience may be, be it regional, national and/or global, our recognised journalistic brand and direct broadcast relationships ensure your stories are placed with news editors around the world.

Through our international network of offices we use local crews to deliver your content. Meanwhile, our multi-lingual media relations team prepares news advisories and scripts for every story which are sent to target broadcasters, and followed up with a personal call.

By speaking the same language as broadcasters and understanding the environment and deadlines they work to, World Television’s job is to deliver the right story, to the right news editor in the format required by the broadcaster.

Evaluating your results
By using a combination of monitoring systems we measure the impact of your story. All clients are provided with comprehensive reports detailing their broadcast coverage which include tailored statistics regarding programmes, broadcasters, audiences reached and advertising cost comparisons.

How do I know that broadcasters will run my story?
Before undertaking any aspects of production for your B-Roll or Satellite Media Tour (SMT), we recommend that initial research is carried out to gain a thorough understanding of the likely outcomes of any Broadcast PR project.

The research results drive the production content and give you an indication of what can be achieved with Broadcast PR. To determine whether your story is of interest to broadcasters, a range of elements should be explored including: Is it a UK story only or should it be international? What elements of the story are the most interesting for broadcasters? Would the news editor prefer a live interview with your spokesperson/celebrity?
