Virtue Media Enjoys A Cheeky Success

Virtue Media, part of AIM listed Virtue Broadcasting Plc, today announces that the video for the Cheeky Girls’ Christmas hit ‘Cheeky Song (Touch My Bum)’ released on Multiply Records has become one of Virtue’s and Telstar’s most successful online videos, breaking previous online records.

Virtue Media is hosting and serving the video content on the Cheeky Girls’ website which has now seen over 400,000 visitor’s stream of the video. The video, promoted by online marketing agency Outsideline was placed on third party sites such as Tiscali, Popworld, Smash Hits and the BBC So in conjunction with the Cheeky Girls game created by Hypnosis Media. This web based promotional tool is undoubtedly driving sales and the song is currently number three in the official chart.

The success of the online video promotion and the record high levels of traffic, demonstrate the capacity of Virtue Media’s network and the scalability of its technology.
