World Television, the international corporate communications, news production, webcasting and event management company, has once again worked with MTV Networks International to help make the 2005 MTV Europe Music Awards one of the highest profile music shows in the world.
This was the 10th year that World Television has provided a host broadcast service for the awards which were held in Lisbon. World Television also provided crews, edits and live satellite feeds from the red carpet, as well as exclusive footage from the after-show press conference.

The World Television team produced two international Video News Releases (VNRs). The first was a preview highlighting the preparations for the event, the nominations, bands rehearsing and exclusive artist interviews. The second and main show VNR included the stars on the red carpet and the highlights from the show performances and award winners.
The international VNRs are transmitted via international news agencies to broadcasters worldwide and supported with a multi-lingual media relation’s service.
World Television provides MTV Networks Europe with a fully comprehensive written and taped report of the broadcast usage worldwide. |
